Local image and PDF page tools run on your device. We do not receive, store, or inspect files used with those tools.
Local file processing
Supported image and PDF page operations are completed by your browser. Only a signed anonymous session tracks the five-use allowance before sign-in; the file stays on your device.
Cloud document processing
Cloud tools require sign-in and identify the provider before upload. Microsoft 365 handles supported documents and saved email messages converted to PDF; Adobe handles PDF export, OCR, and compression. Private files are scheduled for deletion after one hour.
Information we may collect
Hosting systems may process standard request data for security. Operational events never contain file contents.
Accounts and billing
Google supplies verified profile information and Stripe processes payments. We never receive your Google password or full card details.
Cookies and analytics
Essential signed cookies protect usage limits and login. Google Analytics starts with analytics storage denied and sets analytics cookies only after consent. Consent signals and analytics never include files.
Retention
Cloud objects are scheduled for deletion after one hour. Required account and billing records are retained for service and legal obligations.
Data sharing and training
We do not sell personal data or use files to train AI models. Cloud files go only to the disclosed provider.
Account registration security
When an authenticated visit is linked to an account, our hosting layer may supply its registration IP address and two-letter country code to our private Control Center for account security, abuse prevention, and internal operations.
Optional visitor analytics
After consent, we create random browser and session IDs and send path-only page visits, a two-letter country code, broad device and traffic-source categories, the referring hostname, and optional UTM source and campaign. We do not send files, filenames, full referrer URLs, raw user-agent strings, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or precise location to our Control Center.
